Fantastic product

Honestly,
I’ve used melatonin multiple times and although some of the brands I’ve tried have worked, I haven’t liked the fact that they come with vivid dreams which makes me wake up feeling unrested. This is a common side effect of melatonin.
I’ve also tried other natural sleep remedies which have failed to work.

The Freshcookie brand is great because not only is it extremely effective but I also wake up feeling rested. I’ve tried taking one gummy and even that is effective but takes a bit longer to work + you may also wake up earlier. Test and see what works for you but I alternate my amount between one and two tablets.

If you struggle to fall asleep and STAY asleep. This is for you. My only regret is not buying multiple bottles during the sale.
